Experiments with the use of materials and colour in an attempt to get the sense of what trauma can be.
ReplyDeleteUsing red and black is reminiscent of the colours used in horror films and signifies danger, violence, evil and mental anxiety and depression.
Using theses colours helped me to realise that my approach to trauma, repair and beauty needs to be subtle-the materials, method of construction used and colour has to give the sense of softness and nurture.
